How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you within 24–48 hours of your order being dispatched. You can use this number on the carrier's website (India Post EMS, DHL eCommerce, or FedEx) to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Do you ship to all 50 US states?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. We also accept APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery times to non-continental destinations may be slightly longer than estimated.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days and the package has not arrived, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a free reshipment of your order on eligible products at no additional cost.
What if my order is seized at customs?
Customs seizures are rare for OTC and pet medication orders. If your order is confirmed as seized by US Customs and Border Protection, contact our support team with your order number and a copy of any customs notification you received. We offer a free reshipment on eligible products. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 business hours.
Is my order packaging truly discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain outer packaging — a plain brown box or neutral poly mailer with no brand name, pharmacy name, or product description visible externally. The sender address on the package will show our India fulfillment center's generic address, not any pharmacy-related name.
